In order to be a true value added partner to our clients, we need to be an extension of them. Respect and integrity are tantamount to building long-term partnerships. So many staffing firms employ a “sales mentality”. We don’t believe in selling candidates to clients, convincing them to hire questionable talent. We believe in understanding the opportunity, values and culture and presenting candidates that truly fit them.

We don’t believe in “selling” opportunities to candidates. We present them honestly and seek to understand how they may or may not match career goals and values. We believe in accurate, honest and timely communication with candidates and clients alike. By conducting business with respect and integrity, we don’t just follow the golden rule, we build long term, win-win partnerships, and that’s smart business.

Tonya Michael

Tonya Michael has more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, sales management, and business development across a variety of verticals. Tonya has been recognized as a top sales producer, bringing business critical solutions to her customers. She has mentored large sales teams and has implemented several onboarding and training programs that were effective in reducing ramp-up time with new hires. She has opened several recruiting offices and developed sales and marketing programs that have helped make the offices profitable.

My team and I build partnerships with clients and candidates to ensure the needs of our clients are met with the personal strengths of our candidates. Michelle DeWeese

Michelle has 20 years of experience in recruiting, sales, sales management, and business development across a variety of industries. For the past ten years, Michelle’s passion has been in the recruiting industry where she has partnered with numerous clients in manufacturing, distribution, retail, CPG, and technology industries to find and retain top talent. She also has substantial experience in human resources including hiring, training, onboarding, and career coaching. Michelle holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA from Michigan State University, has been recognized as a top sales producer, and has managed the start-up and turnaround of four divisions during her career.

Morgan Gintert

Morgan Gintert has 3 years of experience in business management, rental development, and property management. Morgan played a major role in managing a start-up rental company. She created leasing procedures and application processes and managed hiring and training of new employees. Morgan has a passion for working with others and finding solutions that are comprehensive, cohesive, and equitable. In her time with At3 Staffing Solutions, Morgan has most enjoyed getting to connect with people who she would have never met otherwise, in addition to the opportunity to learn about many types of employment outside of the ones she encounters in her immediate circle. Morgan is motivated by the pursuit of opportunity for others and feels most fulfilled knowing she has the potential to expand others’ careers.
